Jolene Wee, CIRA, CDBV
founder
Jolene has almost 20 years of finance and accounting experience and more than 15 years of restructuring experience. She has served in the role of Trustee, Expert Witness, Financial Advisor, Valuation Consultant and Forensic Consultant. Jolene leads most of JWI’s client matters.
Hal Kennedy
Managing Director
Hal has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, specialized in restructuring advisory and distressed finance. He has represented companies, creditors, equity holders and investors in both out-of-court and in-court restructuring. Hal co-leads most of JWI’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring client matters with Jolene.
Cliff Sowell, PhD
Senior Economist
Cliff has over 40 years of consulting, research and teaching experience in various fields of economics. Cliff co-leads most of JWI’s Forensics & Litigation and Strategic Management Advisory client matters with Jolene.
Chris Rahne, CPA, CFA
Senior valuation analyst
Chris has more than 30 years of consulting experience in international transfer pricing studies and analyses, APAs, and valuation of Financial Instruments and Business Interests. He leads most of the analyses for JWI’s Litigation and Forensics clients.
Kim Loh, C.A.(M), ACCA
Senior Accountant
Kim has more than 20 years of public accounting and corporate controller experience. She analyzes accounting and banking transactions on our Forensic & Litigation matters. She is also responsible for JWI’s internal audit and accounting controls.
Gregory Sowers
Director OF OPERATIONS
Greg has over 25 years of business management experience.
He manages JWI’s operations, marketing and communications, and assists with research, due diligence, and marketing presentations for the firm.

There are almost 20 professionals who are members of the JWI Community of Experts. These specialized legal, financial and accounting professionals allow us to scale up very quickly and gain access to specialty knowledge areas when needed. Even though these professionals are not listed on our website, they are valuable members of the firm and most have worked with us for many years.
