Kim has more than 20 years of management consulting, public accounting and corporate controller experience. Kim joined JWI in 2020. She analyzes accounting and banking transactions on JWI's Forensic & Litigation and Fiduciary Services matters. She is also responsible for JWI’s internal audit and accounting controls.

Creditors Committee / Ad-Hoc Committee

  • Frictionless World – Financial advisor to the unsecured creditors committee of debtor-in-possession (Chapter 11) privately-held hand power tools distributor. Committee consists of trade creditors based in several countries. Analyzed bank statements for potential fraudulent transfers. The committee and the arbitration creditors confirmed a creditor plan.
  • (Ongoing confidential matter) Forensics consultant to the Ad-Hoc Committee of several hundred investors of a failed investment scheme with operations in the U.K., Southeast Asia and Australia.
