Our founder, Jolene Wee was honored to be invited to speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 2022 Winter Leadership Conference in La Quinta, CA on December 9 with interesting and knowledgeable co-panelists the Hon. Hannah Blumenstiel, Meredith Lahaie, Eric Madden, and Gordon Novod. The topic was preserving and maximizing value for stakeholders by pursuing retained causes on actions. Thank you to the Unsecured Trade Creditors and Bankruptcy Litigation Committees for organizing this panel and for inviting Jolene to participate.
The accommodations were beautiful at the La Quinta Resort and Club and the weather and scenery in the Coachella Valley was perfect.
The panel presented to a standing-room-only audience. Notable topics discussed were how to use litigation funding to maximize recovery and creative discovery tools and techniques when building evidence for complex litigation.
Jolene is extremely grateful for the opportunity to present and share professional insights with her panel and the outstanding members of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
