Dina joined JWI more than 3 years ago. She handles most of the Litigation & Forensics team’s financial research. Dina is responsible for court filings, fee applications, administrative support and claims analyses for JWI’s Fiduciary Services.
Creditors Committee / Ad-Hoc Committee
- (Ongoing confidential matter) Forensics consultant to the Ad-Hoc Committee of several hundred investors of a failed investment scheme with operations in the U.K., Southeast Asia and Australia.
Debtor / Company-Side
- Financial advisor to debtor-in-possession (Subchapter V Chapter 11) privately-held parking operators with almost 100 locations. Dina provided litigation support.
Trustee
- Administrative support to Jolene Wee, Chapter 11 (Subchapter V) bankruptcy trustee in Region 2 covering the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and Region 4 covering Maryland, the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria). Dina files fee applications, court filings, affidavits of service and assists the Trustee with docket management for all her cases.
